Artcon Tower is located on the Corniche Road on an 11,000 m2 strategic plot of land of 180 m length. The project use is dedicated for a 59 total floors residential apartment’s tower set on the south end of the land, with all reception areas oriented towards the Red Sea view. A single story 1500 m2 retail block, with flexible space layout, is allocated on the north side of the land.
The residential tower includes 4 types of apartments:
One hundred and two (102) three-bedroom apartments of 350 m2 each, distributed along 34 floors with three apartments units per floor.
Twenty (20) four-bedroom apartments of 470 m2 each, distributed along 20 floors with one apartment per floor.
Twenty (20) five-bedroom apartments of 610 m2 each, distributed along 20 floors with one apartment per floor.
The tower profile shape is slim and elegant. The elevations design is an organized mixture of stone cladding and curtain wall system. The tower is topped and protected on the sides with a cladding aluminum portal frame structure. developments constructed elsewhere in the world in later years and bearing similar name and/or title. It is believed to be a masterpiece of contemporary architectural style and spiraling building form design.
